Volunteering
Walk a dog ...pet a cat...become a volunteer. Do you have some spare time on your hands? Why not spend it with some very needy shelter animals? We are always in need of volunteers, for the cats, dogs, fundraisers and adoptathons.

We hold monthly training classes for dog walkers on the last Tuesday of every month. Please contact Char if you would like to sign up. To volunteer to play with cats please contact Char to make an appointment, which can be anytime.

The volunteers do not have minimum hour requirements, or weekly requirements. Volunteers may come anytime during shelter hours. While we do have weekly volunteers that come every week on a particular day, a set schedule is not mandatory.
