City Market Card Submission
City Market has an electronic fundraising program that they have generously allowed us to be a part of. This fundraising program is designed to raise money for non-profit organizations. How can you join this program? By signing up your City Market Card with us you will be donating money to the Humane Society every time you shop at City Market. City Market gives a percentage of all the money you spend. This donation is another way the community continues to help homeless animals. You can give us your City Market card two ways, fill out the following form to send it to us or call us at 328-PETS. This will not change your card in any way.
